Vegetarian soup Recipes

Usually vegetables are very good for health as we all know, preparing it with half boiled, adding sauces will really increase the taste of soups. Let us have a look on how to prepare a vegetable soup.

Ingredients

* Cabbage leaves- 8 to 10
* Spring onion – 3
* Celery sticks – 3
* Cauliflower florets – 2
* Lettuce leaves – 3
* Carrot – 2
* Beans – 3
* Chilies
* Soya sauce – 3 tbsp
* Vinegar little amount
* Plain flour
* Rip cabbage and lettuce leaves as big pieces
* Cut the carrots into small pieces
* Slice the spring onions with leaves

Method

Take slices of cauliflower and wash it properly. Take pan and pour oil. When the oil gets heated, add the chopped vegetables and cook well. Cook it with high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add 4 to 5 cups of water according to thickness you want. Add soya sauce, salt and add Vinegar with chilies.

Dissolve the plain flour in small water content and add it to boiling soup. Heat it for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve it with chili sauce. Enjoy the taste of Vegetable Soups.

Cabbage soup
Cabbage a rich water content vegetable available in moreover all parts of world. It is very good for health and can used as better source of liquid item to reduce weight. This soup is a mild preparation even patients who prefer to take soft foods can make use of it. Prepare cabbage soup to reduce weight

Ingredients

• Cabbage ½ Kg
• Onion 2
• Tomato 3 (big)
• Green chilies 5
• Carrot 2
• Beans 6
• Chili powder ½ to 1 tbsp
• Garlic 8 to 10 pieces
• Ginger a small amount
• Turmeric powder
• Curry powder
• Coriander leaves
• Corn flour

Method

Prepare ginger garlic past by adding fennel seeds. Cut the cabbages into small pieces but not too little. Add Onion, tomato, carrot, beans and chili by cutting all in a same size. Boil all the vegetables with needed amount water, add garlic and ginger paste, put chili powder and turmeric power, boil it well until the vegetables are get boiled more than half level. Prepare corn flour paste by adding water and include it with the boiling soup. Spread some curry powder on it and finally add coriander leaves. Have with some bread pieces.
