Everyone wants to look beautiful and smart. Hair plays a vital role in giving good appearance for both men and women. Especially, women are facing hair loss problem more than men. Due to various reasons hair fall problems are becoming common. Severe hair fall is leading to Hair Thinning in women.   • Vitamin Deficiency

Vitamin D is the main reason for hair fall. Many cells and tissues including skin are Vitamin D receptor. Unavailability of Vitamin D in human body leads to hair loss. In other way, hair loss are the symptoms that alert you health troubles like high blood pressure, diabetes, gum disease in teeth, stroke, mental depression, heart disease and other serious illness  as body lack sufficient Vitamin D.

Women have to receive at least 2000 units of Vitamin D. If getting your not getting Vitamin D from sun rays, try to take Vitamin D through capsules or cod liver oil. Omega 3 fatty acids are responsible for producing cholesterol in right amounts and also to remove the same if it becomes excess. Cholesterol is essential for the body to produce its own Vitamin D. Fatty acids are very much needed in exact amounts to produce Vitamin D. So, maintain your diet with sufficient fatty acids that helps to reduce thinning hair in women.

  • Poor Nutrition

Not only Vitamin D deficiency results in hair fall but also lack of nutrients amino acids, lysine, copper and zinc might results in thinning hair problem. Only solution to overcome from this problem are maintaining a perfect diet that includes fresh Vegetables, greens and fruits. Above all,  protein is much necessary for your body to boost up hair growth. Diet that containing pollen, spirulina or chlorella is said to be whole food grains that help to absorb full range of nutrients.

  • Hormonal Imbalance

Women are suffering from serious hormonal changes especially during their menopause stage. At this time hair loss will be more and more on comparing before.  This also symptoms unwanted hair growth in the above lips and chins in some women. Excessive conversion of androgens to DHT is the hormonal change caused and results in hair loss. Thyroid is a another reason for hair fall as every cell in the body depends on  thyroid hormone for proper functioning and development. Consult with a medical expert to balance hormonal levels by taking necessary supplements.

  • Over Stress

Stress is the main reason for hair fall both in men and women. Stress not only reduces your hair growth level but also reduces healthiness of your body. Whatever stressful situation you face never take it too serious and go low. Take right care and take a healthy step towards your hair thinning problem.

  • Stop usage Of Hair Products (with more chemical added)

Nowadays, most of the people are not preparing their own home made products to maintain hair. Unknowingly they are using more chemical based products that results in hair loss. So avoid usage of such products with are found with excessive chemicals.
