IS EXERCISE HAZARDOUS FOR SOME PEOPLE ?
Exercise to be one of the greatest things a person can lead a healthy life.” Exercise should be regarded as tribute to the heart” but it became threat for some people.Sometimes too much of hard work ends with failure likewise too much of exercise causes heart problems and health issues.
A recent study with a group of researchers related to exercise is the basis for heart disease and diabetes for some people is done by Mr.Claude Bouchard, a professor of genetics and nutrition in the Human Genomics Laboratory at Pennington Biomedical Research Center, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in the US, was lead author of the study, which was published online in PLoS ONE on 30 May,2012.He said,the objective of this research is to find whether exercise results in adverse response for some people.Probably the result was “YES” .
Mr.Bouchard and the research group tested with six tricky exercises of 1,687 people and the study results with 10% of people was getting affected by heart disease: blood pressure and levels of insulin, HDL cholesterol or triglycerides. About 7 percent got worse on at least two measures.
People those who are doing surplus Exercise ,who are weak will may result in heart problem and diabetes but they are not suggesting to stop the exercise, what their proposal is adults can do exercise for at least 75 or 150 minutes in a week.
STEPS TO STAY HEALTHY
- Do Exercise 15 to 20 minutes in a day
- Don’t drunk and Exercise .It will result in heart disease
- Follow a Balanced diet
- Maintain a Healthy Weight
- Have a walk at least two hours in a week
- Do cycling, jogging, golf and yard work.
SOLUTION
To keep our body healthy its essential to do exercise but at the same time we should not follow the sturdy exercise which is not suitable for us. Excess of doing exercise leads to heart disease, blood pressure, cardiovascular problems. Those who are weak should not follow the vigorous exercise, its better to get an advise from the advisers and then follow. Everything is not hazardous if you follow in a appropriate way.
