MUSHROOM MASALA – PREPARATION
Here is the simple spicy mushroom recipe which taste so good and it also adds more nutritional value to us.
Ingredients required
- Ginger Garlic paste
- Onion – Chopped
- Tomato – sliced
- Mushroom – Evenly sliced
- Capsicum
- Turmeric powder
- Chat Masala
- Cheese – Grated
- Honey
- Lemon juice – Few drops
- Chilly powder
- Garam masala
- Green chilly paste
STEPS IN PREPARATION
- Heat the pan, add little oil in it.
- Add ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste and sauté well.
- Chopped onions, tomato and capsicum are added to the pan and cooked for few minutes.
- Add little turmeric powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder, chat masala, chilly powder, salt.
- Then add sliced mushroom and little quantity of water
- Stir well and close the pan for few minutes.
- To make the dish very spicy, add little honey and lime juice.
- Garnish with grated cheese on the top, it makes the dish very delicious.
